How to transfer the balance in one card?

i want to make one card as a master card & want to transfer balance of other card to master card

Call up the customer service of the card you want to transfer your balance to. Have your account information ready of the balance you want to transfer from. Be sure to ask about balance transfer fees, they can be hefty. The customer service rep will guide you thru the rest of the process.

I think when you apply for the card you want to transfer to, there's a section that asks if you want to roll over a balance.  You give them the number of the other credit card and the amount, and I believe they can do it that way.
