How to transfer videos from a pc to an xbox 360?

Question

I have windows media player 11.I have windows xp. I have configured wmp11(windows media player) to sharing. in fact i can already watch some movies from my pc on my 360. BUT! if i put a new video on wmp, it doesnt show up on my 360. so the only videos that show up are the ones that have been there for awhile. help please its makin me angry because this would make my xbox experience much more pleasureable
