How to transfer videos from my computer to my camera?

i have a camera, but i want to watch videos on it, i have a memory card.I want to be able to watch, not only in my memory card to be stored. and could you please explain the steps

Hi .. well .. i guess u have a usb cable ... connect it and start transferring on it .... If tht does not help then .. i guess .. we cannot do it tht way ... cuz when u transfer sumthing to the ocmputer from the camera .. the computer automatically translates the whole video to its language and thn shows u as the same .. .but if u have to take it bak .. then iguess u gtta use sum converter ... or maybe u can... put the videos in the usb cable file .. and then check .. hhave a nice day
