  1. use CD burning software

    lear from this tutorial

  2. First you need to know the location of the file on your computer.  When you have that go to the file and click the RIGHT mouse button.  A tab will open up with one of the options saying " Send To "  with an arrow by it.  Moving your cursor down to "Send To"  will open another sub menu with a list of places to send that file.  One of the choices will be your CD writing drive.  Click on the CD Writing drive and the process will begin.

Just a standard data CD will work fine.

  3. Use blue tooth device

  4. Do you mean a CD or a DVD?  It's not the same!

Start by editing them, and outputting the finished video in the original format if you can (it keeps the quality as high as possible).

If you want a DVD, get DVD Flick (it's free) and let it convert the video then author and burn the DVD.

If you want to use CDs you'll need to make a VCD or a SVCD.  SVCDs are higher quality but not as compatible with DVD players.  Convert your edited video to (S)VCD compliant MPEG with Super and then use Ashampoo-Burning-Studio-Free to burn the disk.
