  1. Go to a notary. It costs a little bit, but it's legal!

  2. i live in md and md is a 2 pt title state. our title is blue and our lien release is red. make sure that there is no lien holder on the blue title, and if there is make sure you have the red part or a lien release letter from the bank (original). the seller needs to sign the back of the title and sign it over to you. then you need to sign the back and take it to the dmv.

  3. Check the title to make sure it's clear, no legal owner, and in the name of the person selling it.  Some states require it to be notarized, some don't, so find out.  They would sign in the seller's spot and give you the title.  Again rules vary by state.  If both of you can go to the DMV together, they can help and also notarize things if that's needed.

  4. well if its like a title regular one as so then you should be able to turn it over and it will tell you where to sign it in your name and then you would just send it back in and it should come back in your name? GOOD LLUCK

  5. sorry dont get what is a blue title? and if its supposed to be clear i would check it out first. when you buy a car they are ment to give you the new owners log book with you fill in and send off to the dvla having all the doctment to do with the car registered in your name. have you had an h.p.i check? make sure there is no outstanding finance or the car is not a writeoff or a cut an shut or an ex insurance job/ stolen etc. dont wanna scare you but i would check all this out first.
