You can't unless he has the money to pay for education in the US, and could apply for a student visa.Otherwise you could marry and then petition for him, but you would have to be earning enough to sponsor hime,and it would still take up to two years.If you can't do either of those he can't get in at all, because he has no skills to get a work permit, which iis the only other way
