I will assume that you are going to book a flight to Ahmedabad.  There are two options.  First, if you arrive late at night, book a hotel room for one night at a good hotel like the Le Merdian or the Taj Hotel.  Once your at the hotel have the conceirge arrange for a driver to take you to Anand. The conceiges are good at this sort of thing.  The drive should take a little bit over an hour on the toll road. Have the driver drop you off at the hotel in Anand.  I recommend the Hotel Laksh.  Have the front desk clerk write the clinic's name and address in Gujarati on a business card.  Then when you want to go over to the clinic, give the card to a rickshaw driver and have him drive you over to the clinic from your hotel in Anand.  The rickshaw ride will cost about 30 ruppees.

Another option is having a friend of the clinic's owner pick you up at the Ahmedabad airport and drive you to your hotel in Anand.  India is a culture where it operates on you know guy who knows a guy who knows a guy.  You may not like this if travelling alone or at night.
