How to treat a razor cut? I can't find information anywhere?

I cut my self with my razor. How do you get it to stop bleeding?

Okay I don't know how bad the cut is. If it is semi-deep, then don't use a blood coagulator you want to apply pressure to and hold it on there. For instance, take a sterilized bandage and you can wrap it around with some strong tape, a rubber band, or even a tiewrap just until it stops bleeding. Then remove it and you should only have to wash the cut with soap and water, then cover it up. If it is a shallow cut, then use a blood coagulator (septic powder). You should always have a small bit around for medical purposes. After the blood coagulates, then you can wash with soap and water > 12 hours later and even up to 24. Don't use septic powder on a deep cut as you will scar.

You need to keep a steptic stick in your medicine chest.  It immediately stops the blood everytime.  For now all you can do is treat it with a disinfectant and hold a tissue onto it until the bleeding stops.

hold tissue on it til it stops bleeding, and then put Canstine cream on it, its brillian for cuts, scrapes, spots, ect ect

put a piece of toilet paper on it.

it should stop bleeding withing 5 minutes or less...

if not then apply some pressure.

just apply pressure to it for a while and then apply neosporin so it doesn't get infected.
