  1. if you can not afford veterinary care, call your animal rescue groups, this is a feral cat so you need a feral rescue group. I am so impressed that you care this much for an animal that is not even yours. What is wrong with it?   Why do you believe it has an infection ?

  2. you can't. you have to bring it to the vet or it will only get worse.

  3. Is it your cat? If not, most communities have a humane society, or an animal shelter. Most of these organizations will offer assistance, as long as you are willing to treat the cat.

It sounds like he has an abscess on his head, which will require antibiotics for at least 10 days, the leg may require xrays and a cast, and they eyes may require ointment.

If there are no organizations to assist you, the most humane thing may be to get the cat euthanized. Sounds like he is suffering.

  4. There is no safe and effective way to treat infections without taking your cat to the vet. An antibiotic is necessary. There are some vets that specialize in house-calls, if that will help.
