It depends how old is the freezer burn. lets say you froze your hand, first thing you have to understand that hand is frozen and you would have to make sure you undertand how hot and cold works. for example of the hand is frozen you should never put hot water on it, instead put the coldest water you can find. the cold water will feel like hot water. so if your freezer burn are recent just simply put cold water on it until the temperature in frozen hand becomes equal to the cold water.
