  1. Get a special shampoo repair damaged hair

    I feel sorry for you!

    Good luck!

  2. First try to find the cause of hair loss.

People are generally very eager to do something about hair loss treatment as hurriedly as possible. But thing that worries me most about hair loss treatment is the tendency of the overwhelming majority of people to seek hair loss treatment without first determining the cause of their hair loss. But hurry makes a bad curry. People frequently end up using hair loss treatment that are not suitable for their particular problem. This attitude regarding hair loss treatment leads not only to disenchantment but to aggravation of the damage also on many occasions.

This is only one aspect regarding hair loss treatment. The cumulative experience in society has lead to the false presumption that hair loss is probably incurable and all remedies for hair loss treatment are a big scam. That again is not true

  3. Have you ever heard of using apple cider vinegar on your hair? You mix about 1 tablespoon of vinegar in a 16 oz. water bottle and rinse your hair after shampoo and conditioner. It works great for me. Read more online and try if you want.

  4. there are quite a number of methods to treat hair loss, but i'm more into the natural remedies. if you are looking for natural remedies, what i can suggest is to use a mixture of olive oil and coconut oil, rub it on your hair and scalp, then dip a towel into warm water, then cover up your hair with that wet warm towel. leave it for about an hour, then shampoo and conditioning as usual. do it every other day or three times in a week. besides that use organic shampoo, do not use shampoo which contains SLS sodium laureth sulfate chemicals. it is not good for hair. good luck!

  5. Hair loss can be a sign of illness. I would actually consult a doctor and get them to run some blood tests to check on your thyroid and other pituitary illnesses that can cause hair loss. When you know you're okay then you can address the issue.

it can also occur if you are not getting enough nutrition. How is your diet? Are you eating your 4-5 vegetables, 2 leafy greens, 2 fruits, and grains plus protein & water each day? You need nutrition to be healthy, especially your hair. Brittle or falling out hair can be a sign of malnutrition. Are you dieting - however extreme?

As for hair damage, most damage is done from heating and coloring. If you don't have those problems and if the ends are trimmed you'll be fine. If you do use heating products or dye your hair then perhaps get your salon to give you a deep conditioning treatment. Having a salon do it is far more effective than anything you can buy from a shop. It's a treatment basically.

You don't need to have it cut off. That's rubbish. My mother cut my hair off when I was in year 4 and that was because it suited her. It wasn't what I wanted. Stand up for what you want.

Address the real causes of why your hair is brittle or damaged, get treatment for it, whatever the cause, and you will NOT need to have your hair cut off.

    All the best!

  6. Some basic tips to prevent loss and get healthy hair:

-Shampoo your hair once in a week.

-Trim your hair after four to five weeks to avoid split ends.

-Fresh fruits and vegetables which contain proteins should be taken in good amount.

    -Avoid back brushing or combing.

-After swimming rinse the salt water/chlorine out of the hair straightway. Then shampoo your hair.

-Massage your head which will increase blood circulation and blood supply to hair roots. Massage at least one time in a week.

-Avoid over-washing your hair as it affects natural oils present in hair.

-Use a conditioner on damaged hair, rub olive oil and then wrap your head with ploy bag and cover it with scrap. Leave it as long as you can. This would result in healthy growth of hair.

-Condition your hair to remedy the effects of sunshine pollution.

-Use a smooth edged, wide toothed comb to remove tangles.

    -Avoid fried and starchy foods.

-Use a soft nylon brush or comb.

-Cover your head to protect your hair from sun.

  7. You can try deep conditioning treatments. Use a good deep conditioner, apply generously, cover with a plastic cap and wrap a towel you've heated in the dryer on "high" around your head. The heat helps it to penetrate the hair shaft. Relax for about ½ an hour. Rinse well, then shampoo out with a super gentle shampoo for dry and damaged hair. Follow with dry and damaged conditioner, Aussie 3-minute Miracle, or Mane & Tail conditioner. Mane & Tail products are really good for breaking hair. Wrap your hair in a towel to absorb the water, don't rub! Briskly rubbing with a towel will break hair, too. Follow with a spray-on/leave-in detangling conditioner. Therma Shine and VO5 detangle & shine are good ones. Spray well, then gently work through your hair with a super wide-tooth detangling comb. Never brush or pull on wet hair, that breaks it.

If you blow-dry, flat-iron, or use other styling appliances, stop! If the damage is from coloring, straightening, or perming, stop. The less you do to your hair, the better off it is.

If your hair is severely damaged, a trim or cut may be all you can do to get it looking healthy. I wouldn't let my mom do it, though. Go to a good stylist. If it isn't too bad, fake it with split-end mender. Bed Head's Ego Boost is a good one.

Great hair starts on the inside. Eat right, drink plenty of water and take a good multi-vitamin and mineral supplement daily. Get adequate exercise and plenty of rest. If you're fit and healthy, your hair shows it. If you aren't, it shows it, too.

Sorry so long, but I wanted to give you my best suggestions. If you need more, feel free to e-mail me. Good luck!
