  1. Just went through this. My vet had me give my dog half a Tums and stressed I should only get the assorted fruit flavored ones. There was a reason for this. He said the regular/plain ones had something in then that you don't want him to have. My girlfriends Vet had her give her dog Pepto Pesmo. Thing is you need to know how much to give. My dog weighs 5Lbs 4Oz's and he was to have half a Tums and I had to wait 4 hours before giving him more. I could actually put my ear to his belly and hear it grumbling.

  2. ahhh, I hope he gets better. I would give him tums. It's full of calcium, just like a big chalky vitamin. I bet it is safe.

  3. How do you know if a dog has heart burn?

I guess it would be fine.

    I'm no vet though.

Don't give it the whole thing though.

Maybe smash it up and dissolve it in water or something.

  4. Mylanta would be better.

  5. Shoot the ******.

  6. i natural fix for heartburn in any pet is to let them eat grass and it is cheaper than the lawnmower

  7. lots of water

  8. My mini dachshunds get this ALL the time. Because of their long shape they are a bit prone to it.

1 guaranteed cure is puppy milk. NOT cows milk- this will give them diarrhea. Get some of the lactose free puppy milk from your local supermarket and give your dog about 1/4 cup after each meal.  A little bit in between meals is OK as well if their tumbley seems grumbley.

Just remember that Puppy Milk is quite high calorie so you might want to up the exercise regime just a bit.

Hope your baby feels better soon
