  1. If you are fasting PROPERLY just 'ride it out' and they'll abate in time.

    Nature knows what's she's doing.

    ;)

  2. You should not really suppress this rash by applying anything as it is toxins leaving the body, however you MUST look after yourself and keep your energy up to allow the healing process to take full affect. If the rash begins to become unbareable prehaps try soothing it with calendula cream which is available at most health food shops or gently apply some almond oil to the rash and massage lightly. In natural medicine philsopophy this is called a healing crisis. Its when you body begins to react in what seems to be a negative way, to a positive stimulant (in your case your detox). If the vital energy of the body remains strong you will be able to fight off this rash and remove all toxins and be very very happy! However, if for some reason this does not happen the rash could get worse and spread. Just be mindful, positve and really try and stimulate the healing process. The rash should ideally be gone in 5 days. Good Luck!

  3. Drink lots of pure, maybe even distilled, water.  Mixing bentonite clay with the water can help to bind with toxins.  using a fiber supplement can help cleanse your bowels, too.

    Don't fast too long!

  4. Are you eating anything at all that could be disagreeing with your system??  Unexplained rashes can also be a symptom of food intolerances such as milk and dairy or wheat???

Unexplained rashes could also be a sign that you are allergic or intolerant to a new body soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, laundry powder, perfume or air spray ........  if it is itchy simply put a cup of white vinegar into a warm bath and soak in that for 15 - 20 mins to relieve the irritation and then dry off as usual ............  seek out the source of your irritation♥
