  1. Time will heal it but in the mean time, go to drug store and buy the band you put around your arm. It, if placed properly, will alleviate the pain and make it possible to play your sport.

  3. Time off to let it heal.  Weight lifting to strengthen the supporting muscles and joints.  A brace/band to support it, if you HAVE to play.  Glucosamine supplements to strengthen your joints. A better tennis racquet (heavier and head light) and better tennis strings (I recommend a hybrid with natural gut in the mains).  Better tennis form to prevent the injury from recurring - using your body mechanics and better strokes. And if you can afford it, why don't you throw in a new arm!  Tennis elbow really sucks. There are tons of web sites about it, and this question has been asked a million times.
