How to troubleshoot email delivery to specific member.?

One of our members told me she does not receive our weekly messages. Everything on her profile looked fine (the defaults), I deleted her and re-added her but she did not even receive the invitation. She receives other emails at the address we are using, and she checked her junk mail folder.

Please help - I have other members with the same problem.

  1. There could be some technical issues going on with Yahoo Groups so I would recommend getting in touch with a Yahoo Groups customer service representative to see if they can help you to figure out what could be causing this.
