How to trust someone?

my bff i known her for 6 years and i don't know if i should trust her or just keep my thoughts to my self

You've been best friends for 6 yrs already, so you should trust her already. Why not? You've known each other for 6 yrs. So you should trust her. But don't trust a friend that you don't know him/her yet.

Hey, i can probably help you but I need to ask some questions too. Why do you wonder if you can trust her? Has she done anything that would cause you to lose trust? Also, don't keep your thoughts to yourself, you have to be open. And because she's your bff, you should definitely talk to her. The more communication you do the more you'll understand.

Well you have known her for 6 years, so I think you should have a slight of understandability of her. You should probably know by now if she is trustable and if she can keep a secret. If you don't feel right telling her anything, then you shouldn't. You should always tell someone something when you are completely comfortable and you know for positive that you can trust them.

if shes your bestfriend & youve know her for so long, i dont see why you shouldnt trust her. if she gave you any indication that she shouldnt be trusted i dont see why she would be a bestfriend of yours.

well i say do tell her about stuff or your thoughts. try not to go over board. if  she trusts you then go for it. other wise dont. a true friend will respect you and not spread or tell someone else about it. at least express yourself to it
