How to turn off information bubbleshen hovering?

Question

when i go to a web-site and hover over anything on the page, a bubble appears telling me what i am hovering over. Please help it is driving me insane!!!!!

try this in your browser go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab > unclick the Always Expand Alt Text option  

Close the browser reopen and see if that works.
