How to turn off the front light of 2001 Chevy Prizm?

I just purchased a used 2001 Chevy Prizm and noticed that the car's front light can't be turn off. It will stay on when I started the engine and will not go away.

Please help, any1 that also own the same car, reply please. Thx in advance.

The light that are on during the day are called day runners or driving lights and are supposed to be on. once after sunset your regular lights automatically turn on. If you are in the car and want them off while in park you can pull the emergency brake and then turn the key and they will not turn on. I hoped I helped. Good luck.
