Are you using Microsoft's Internet Explorer, IE7?  Open IE, find & click on the "Tools" tab\section. Click on "Internet Options", to open it, then click the "Privacy" tab. There are your cookie settings. I set mine at medium the default. You might also want to check out you "Security" section\tab. I keep mine at the default, medium-high, but  sometimes you have to go & reset it to medium for a certain site to function.

Using IE web systems. Click on Tools then Internet Options select Privacy then click on Advanced and select to accept both first and third party cookies after this click OK to process the screen.
