How to type in Arabic in Frame Maker? Frame Maker doesn't support Arabic?

I need a way to type in Arabic in Frame Maker. I have done a small job for a client which required my to insert the text directly into Frame Maker. I was surprised to know that there nothing called Middle East version of Frame Maker. any suggestions?

I need an application or a DTP agency to this for me. Can anyone suggest a solution?
