How to unblock proxcy of my office?

IT set websence as proxy and we are not be able to use so many site in office like orkut too, following mgs occure

Reason:

The Websense category "Social Networking and Personal Sites" is filtered.

what to do...???

There are ways to get around proxy or firewalls. However, they are not always safe way to surf the internet for two reasons:

1. you may get caught by the IT dept sooner or later and may be fired for it.

2. you may find that the proxy server is not always a safe option becoz you never know which server you are connecting with.

If you want to access Orkut, google for information. There are hundreds of work-arounds to access orkut via many means.

are you willing to lose your job for this "orkut"? if they blocked it from work, chances are youre NOT doing what "they" your bosses want you to do. I would not jeopardize my job like that

The firewall here at work prevented me from even searching for the word proxy. My friend gave me this link and unlike all the other proxies I've tried, this one actually works and isn't detected by the filters. I hope it works for you too.

as such it is not advisable for doing this stuff but if its that imp than use the site www.anchorfree.com and from that download hotspot sheild u will be able to access every site be care full as your it people will definately catch you for this & u will runin your career so better not do that.
