How to unblock text messages on a cell phone?

sorry I should have put more to the questions I SMS text my girl and she didnt reply after 3 of my messages and now it wont let me send her anymore messages entill I unblock it .... I was wondering well I know there's a way - - U have to text Unblock ALL to a number like (example)-- 952258 or something for america I just cant find it on the yahoo page again so I woas wonderinf anyone else knows how to do it????... ????

Text message feature, whether to allow or block, is managed by your cell phone carrier in their billing system as long as your cell phone has the capability to text (most do now.)

You would need to either call your carrier (and will need to be able to verify the account) or possibly you could do it online through your account, or even from the phone itself.

Just make sure you get information on the charges, because if you use more than 15 or 20 messages a month, you will want a package to save money.  Pay per use charges are usually very high - from .20 to .50 per msg depending on type.
