How to unblock thi website which is blocked in UAE

i was useing www.orkut.com in pakistan but here the site is banned in UAE. i wan to cheak may mails. but site is block. they are many other website and yahoo voice call are blocked. i wana use them plz tel me the way

Contact the Internet administrator in which your computer is connected to. Politely ask them if these sites are blocked and if they be kind enough to unblock them for your sake.

Else you could use a proxy to view these blocked sites.
