How to unload good quality video to youtube?

I try to unload HD video into youtube, but always look like c**p, i seen video fromyoutube is hd and look great that cover the whole screen. How do that? what resolution, format is that?

Have you tried importing the video into windows movie maker or any program that can compress into wmv and compressing it into a 2100kb/s WMV file then uploading the wmv file? That usually ends up being pretty good quality when uploaded.

Other reason for Windows Movie Maker is that you can add titles and credits.
