There are more than one ITR forms available - you need to use the one that is apt for what you do for a living:

For download, http://www.incometaxindia.gov.in/downloa... is the place to look in.

You can even file your returns online through https://myitreturn.com/default.aspx - they charge 199 for this.

I think you are asking how to upload income tax form. First download the ITR form from the income tax website. Fill it up.

Generate XML file..........Create login id on the income tax website with your PAN Card..........Click on upload income tax return.......and upload the xml file.
