How to unlock a few more characters in mario kart wii?

I have Baby Daisy, Baby Peach, Baby Mario, Baby Luigi, Baby Mario, Toad, Toadette, a green koopa, dry bones, mario, luigi, peach, daisy, yoshi, birdo, diddy kong, bowser jr, wario, waluigi, donkey kong, bowser, king boo, rosalina, funky kong, and my mii.

I know there is a dry bone bowser looking character, but how do I unlock him? Is there any other ones that need unlocked that I do not know about? Thanks!!

I think to get Dry Bowser you have to get a star ranking on every Wii cup 150 CC. Also to get Toadette you need to do time trails at least once on every course.

He's called Dry Bowser I like him. To get him.... Attain at least a 1 star rank for all 150cc Wii grand prix cups.

Do you have mii outfit B?: Unlock all expert ghosts in all 32 courses.

The mii outfit B isn't a character just another color for your mii.

Other than that you have all the characters.

The green koopa...Known as Koopa Troopa, I also called him that.
