So you want to unsubscribe from that Group (i.e. leave it)?  If so, log in to this Group on the web and go to its home page.  Then click on Edit Membership in the middle of the top line (just below the ad if there is one).  Then, down in the lower-right-hand corner of the resulting page, click on the Leave Group button.  Then follow the directions on the next page.
