How to unsubscribe from a group on yahoo?

Im on the mailing list for freecycle and i get bombarded with emails everyday, i dont know how to stop it!

Here is how you can unsub from a group:

1.Try to unsubscribe through:

http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/...

2. If this doesn't work out, send an e-mail to the group owner telling him/her to stop mailing you. ([e-mail])

If these still didn't work for you try the following options:

3. Block the address(es) or arrange your preferences so that they are sent to your bulk/spam folder.

go to this link http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups click edit my groups on the top left- locate group (if there's more than one) under the last column you can check a box to unsub, OR in the column next to that, click the arrow for the drop down and change Message Delivery click the arrow for the drop down box and select no mail- click save changes
