How to unsubscribe to mailing list of yahoo groups?

i did send an email for the un-subcription and receive a confirmation, and subsequently replied according to their guide. HOWEVER, i keep receiving it.. .....does anyone know how to do it another way??

Here is how you can unsubscribe from a Yahoo Group:

1.Try to unsubscribe through:

2. If this doesn't work out, send an e-mail to the group owner telling him/her to stop mailing you. ([e-mail])

If these still didn't work for you try the following options:

3. Block the address(es) or arrange your preferences so that they are sent to your bulk/spam folder.

you're now stuck in limbo- the e-mail commands altho your got confirmation, takes a while for it to actual go through.
