Well, if you want the legal way, you should go to its company's site and see whether they have put the upgrade or not.

But, the way I did for my windows mobile phone:

Go to this forum: "forum.xda-developers.com"

They've got the windows mobile 6.1 working on many winows mobile phones. And there are links for downloading the WM 6.1 ROM. You should just see whether blackjack is among them or not.
