  1. I don't think it is possible dude. You have to have internet to update your windows and stuff. The real question I have for you is how come you don't have internet in the first place.

  2. Erm, you don't need an antivirus program if the computer isn't connected to the internet.

  3. download auto patcher and run it (on computer which need update)

  4. You can download the stand-alone offline latest service pack from Microsoft's website.

Just search for an offline installer, and you can use it on any computer with the same OS.

  5. Use c’t Offline Updater.

  6. If you have a local library that has computers for patrons to use, they likely have a decent Internet connection.

Use your library card to use one of those computers and go to the Microsoft Web site.

If you're using Windows XP, go here:

    http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows...

If you're using Windows Vista, go here:

    http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/detai...

You can get the 'redistributable' Service Packs for Windows XP or Windows Vista, copy them to a USB flash drive, take the USB flash drive home, and install the appropriate Service Pack from the USB flash drive.

I have the Windows XP Service Pack 2 installer, the Windows XP Service Pack 3 installer, and the Windows Vista Service Pack 1 installer all burned to CDs.  By doing the same thing, you can guarantee that you'll always be able to reinstall your version of Windows (when/if the need arises) and update it to the most recent Service Pack without needing to go to the Web to update your installation.  And, you can help your friends who might be in the same predicament that you are in.
