How to upgrade to Mac OS X Leopard?

well, my sister just got a new macbook with leopard already installed. I found that there was a set of two disks, that said:

Mac OS X install disk 1 and 2

Mac OS version 10.5.2

i want to know if i can use the two disks to download the new software to my macbook that runs Mac OS X version 10.4.11

  1. Jst go to the http://www.apple.com/macrosx/ and click Buy Now.

    Using your sister's disks is called Pirating Software and it's a felony.  


  2. I believe that you can upgrade to leapard. How? i dont know. All i know is that if you upgrade to leapard it comes standard with xp(or vista? im not sure which). Some dont like that :\

  3. 1-Put the first disk in

    2-Reboot your MacBook while holding the C key

    3-Choose your language

    4-Follow the installation process...

    ****choose "Upgrade" or "Archive and install" if you don't want to loose your stuff...****
