How to upload a dvd in google video?

I want to upload m wedding video online. can any one tell me how to upload a whole dvd to google video?

You can't do it directly from your DVD camera, unless it saves it into an AVI, MPEG, Quicktime, Real or Windows Media. If the file is any of those formats, and under 100 MB, you can do it directly. If the file size is over 100 MB, you'll need to work with Google Video's Desktop Uploader.

Now if you DVD camera saves a different file type, like VOB files: You'll need either a DVD ripper, or hopefully the camera came with software to convert the file into one of the 5 mentioned above. Or if it came with a firewire cable connection, you can try to find a free prog that will let you hook it up and capture the video into one file.

Basically, you'll need your video to be a single file that is AVI, MPEG, Quicktime, Real or Windows Media.
