How to upload a .gif file?

I made a picture animation on photoshop. WiIll anyone help me upload it online like facebook or myspace Step by Step please? from saving it and uploading it? It's the blinking picture that switches to different pix every second or so... please help! thanks! thanks! thanks!

Hii, here is a tutorial on making and saving an animated gif in Photoshop without using a 2nd program like image ready which you would normally have to do.
