How to upload a pic insteadof using an avatar?!?!?

i dnt know how to upload a picture instead of using an avatar.

i need step by step instruction please help!?!?!?!

first u'll have to make a Yahoo!360, there upload ur pic, then go to ur Y!A profile, go to "edit my profile" select "show my 360 pic" and ur good to go =)
