You need to say what type of file and where you want to put it. If you want to save a file,just click in the upper left corner where it says file and then choose save as,and put in my documents. Good luck.

The answer to your question really depends on where you want to upload them.

If you just want to upload them to your public_html directory, you'll usually need an FTP client and then you'll need to know the exact URL to embed it in a web page or otherwise display it.

If you're going to upload it to YouTube, Flicker, or some other site, they usually provide a form that allows you to browse for the file and then click submit to initiate the transfer. With these sites, you normally don't need to do anything but visit your profile page to see the images you uploaded.
