How to upload my burned disc and edit again?

Question

My computer is getting overloaded with pictures. I burned them on a disc temporarally. I want to upload them, "to where"? print captions under the pictures, put them in order and burn them again.

simply copy images back to hard drive in new folder, either add captions directly to photos or add blank frames to type on, or wait until you burn to add titles, to put images in order may require renaming all images with numbering, "001name.jpg", then copying back to new cd/dvd , if you already have programs and burn software, you should be able to redo process,
