I have heard that there is a way to synch my GPS with my digital camera somehow so that I somehow mark the location where the photo was taken. Anyone know about this???

  2. Not sure but the new Nikon 6000 has built in GPS feature. Much better than carrying around two devices.

  3. Sync the time on the GPS receiver and your digital camera.  Then download the tracklog from the GPS receiver and convert it to GPX format.  That can be done with a program called EasyGPS, GPSBabel, or a website called GPS Visualizer.  Get a program called GPicSync.  It will compare the timestamp of your photo with the timestamp of a location on the GPS tracklog, and will associate that location with the photo.
