  1. Depends what kind of software... are you outsourcing their accounting department? I don't understand, but if your potential clients are doctors, lawyers, etc. You can google those specific industries by typing "doctors phone list" "lawyers phone list" or whatever, you get it. You can get specific by industry and geography with those companies and get phone and fax numbers. It will cost you between a few hundred and a few thousand, depending on the business and coverage area. Good luck!
