If I understand what you mean (ReadyBoost), simply plug the "pendrive" into the usb port. The window that pops up should have a "speed up my computer" option. Click this. Set your desired settings and away you go.

Should probably note that this doesn't function near what your normal RAM does... That being said, it can be useful for some memory intense applications. It won't work with ALL devices though.

you can use it as virtual ram, if its fast enough, just plug it in and auto run options should come up and give you the option of doing it. I think its called ready boost, but in my opinion is totally useless.
