Question:

How to use a Moleskine storyboard notebook?

This may sound like a dumb question; I know it's used for filmmaking, etc.; the thing that bugs me is that first half-full of pages has full sized frames, the other micro-scaled, making me both worried and confused how much space I'll have working on the full frames til the micro frames come up, etc.

Shouldn't I worry too much?

  1. I haven't seen them and don't like them anyhow (a ruler is better kid) but I wouldn't  use the first half up before starting on the second.  You would be better off using the first half for pages of important frames, and the second half for transition sequence frames.  I don't know whether you are trying to do comics, where transitions are shorter and handled differently, or animation, where they are very important, but I don't use pre-ruled stuff anyhow.
