How to use a cell phone for alarm system that is made for using a regular land line to make calls?

I'm getting an x10.com alarm system that dials to notify you automatically via a land line when it is activated.

Is there a device that will let me connect the alarm system to a cell phone instead of to the regular land line?

I haven't used x10 before, but I know alarm systems such as Ademco Vista have GSM/CDMA/Cellular Communicators.  

Just depends what kind of system you're getting that can do certain things.
