How to use a dishwasher?

Ok i have that white powder stuff thats looks like soap. do i put that in the little holder and close the top? then what plz help me im trying to surprise my mom lol

Yes, put the powder in the holder and close the top.  Sometimes there's an area that holds some of the powder that goes into the dishwasher after you close the door - if there is, put some in there, too.  You do know, don't you, that you should NEVER put dish-washing soap (Dawn, Palmolive) in the dishwasher?

Your mom will be really proud of you for tidying up.  Good job!
