by throwing it like a Frisbee hoping that it gives someone a paper-cut or hit's them in the eye.

well... they mythbusted it on dicovery channel... they brought on a guy who wrote a book on it.. then they built machines that could throw cards like 5 times as fast as any person would physically be able to do... and the most they got was just barely breaking the skin... so throwing cards wont really be much of a weapon.... ehres your alternative...

get 5 or 6 decks of cards (still in the decks)..

put them in a long tube sock

hit someone with it

it'll be much more of a weapon than throwing each and every one of the cards at someone
