follow the directions given by your doctor. you should be having weekly blood tests anyway. if you got these from someone and are taking them illegally, immediately stop and go see a doctor as soon as possible. You may be in serious health risk.

I wouldnt take accutane if you dont have a prescription.  I was prescribed this drug and it required a weekly blood test as well as i had to read a book...and it is literally a book on the side effects.  They are horrible.  Dont take it unless you have a prescription, it has killed people, can cause brain swelling, can lower your blood cell counts and can cause horrible birth defects!! I didnt take it because it is way too dangerous.

do you not know how to read the instructions?  look on the back of the d**n package.  talk to your doctor.  whoever prescribed them should have told you what to do.

You should take them as often and as much and for as long as your doctor tells you to.  Its a very harsh drug (I've taken it) and will do some bad things to you while on it.  It was the only thing that broke my Acne cycle long ago.  It will make your fingertips peel and you need to drink lots of water.  Your doc will also put you on regular blood tests, they are checking for over-calcining of your spine (the drug was researched to do that, acne fixing was a side effect).  Also Acutane is a guaranteed birth defect maker so if you are a female they might not even perscribe it and if they do you will probably have to be on norplant or some other long term birth control....you don't want a defective baby

Always, without fail, follow docs directions and directions on bottle, this stuff will kick your *&*(& if you don't
