Your question is a little vague...I assume you are refering to visual perception? There are tons of file-folder games that will challenge preschoolers visual perception. Games such as memory will also do this, as well as puzzles. Puzzles are wonderful for teaching children to look not just at shape, but color on the piece as well as the other pieces to see just how they fit together.

There are games you can play such as "What's Missing" where you show children a group of everyday objects, then remove one without the kids seeing what you've removed...see if they can guess what's missing.

For hearing, you can make sets of mini-shakers from opaque film canisters...make several identical pairs, and have children listen to the sounds the canisters make to see if they can match up the pairs. For hearing, you can also buy/make a sounds Bingo game....kids listen to the sound and identify the object making the sound, then mark it on thier game board...this is a favorite among my preschoolers.

Lastly, a feely bag will help with the sense of touch. Again use everyday objects. Put them one at a time in a small bag that is not see-through. Have the kids touch an item and identify it by touch only...Or put several items in a bag and ask the kids to find a specific item, again by touch only. I have a purchased game like this, that has wooden shapes with bases for the shape. The shapes go into the bag, and I hand out the bases. The bag goes around the circle, and this kids try to feel for a shape that belongs to one of thier bases.
