How to use biore strips?

so i bought these biore strips for my nose and they are supposed to get rid of blackheads.so i do like the box says,wet my face with warm water and put on the strip,but when it gets hard(as the box says "like paper machee\") and i pull it off,i see no difference.all thats on the strip are little holes from where the glue stuck to my face.no clearance of black heads.the strips just leave a lot of glue on my face...i heard these worked for people.am i doing something wrong?

after you wash your face... dont dry it at all. dont pat it dry or anything. immediately put it on. it might not be dry enough when you pull it off, and i know it's hard to just let it be, but if i were you i'd put it on, sleep with it, then pull it off in the morning.

I find they only really work well if you've come out of the shower. The steam opens up your pores better so they pull out the blackheads more. Also make sure you leave it on for long enough, i get impatient and pull them off too early.

Okay here is what i do:

-Wash and wet your face

-bend the plastic and remove the strip

-place the strip where desired

-Wet fingers and rub over the strip and where the strip meet skin so that it "seals"

-Make sure the strip is damp on your face but not soggy

-let dry and leave on face for anywhere from 15-30 minutes.

-rip off quickly when time is up

-Wet a small cloth and rub off any excess glue

-get an ice cube and rub over where the strip was(it tightens the pores)

I hope it helps!!! Remember also that using it once does not automatically mean all of your blackheads will disappear... be consistent! :)

do you wash your face before you use them?

if you dont, then wash it.

are you leaving them on for 15 minutes?

leave them on for 15 minutes at the most!

is it completely dry when you pull it off?

it should feel hard and kinda pull at your nose

maybe try getting the ultra ones with witch hazel

and with tea tree oil.

or maybe, you just dont have any blackheads?

I use them every week. They usually don't get the obvious black ones BUT they do get the small ones. Plus it makes your nose nice and smooth. And wash your face first with warm water then put it on while wet to stick.
