How to use cash register?

How does cash register box opens? In the box whats it look like?

At right side smaller money?

At left more bigger money?

At work, ours opens after we hit a button labeled "cash," and type in the amount, but I think most of them are different.

Ones start on the right, then fives, tens, and twenty's as you go farther left.  In the farthest left compartment, we have spare rolls of change. Bigger bills, like fifty's and hundred's are underneath with the checks.

Are you planning a robbery or something? Every register has a no sale button usually shown as n/s on the key. Opens up every register.  Left is the high bills and coins.
