I read the instructions.

But, really I'm wondering do you brush your

teeth afterwords because I did it for the

first time, and there was A LOAD of gel left over on my teeth after pulling the strip off, I didn't know what to do with it! And, should your teeth be dry when putting on the strips?

The box doesn't say that either. =]

  1. just put them on your teeth as normal, don't wet your teeth or anything. DON'T brush your teeth afterwards. your enamel rods are still open at this point, and by brushing your teeth you will destroy them.  i always just rinse my mouth out with water to get away the gel stuff on my teeth, and them brush them later.  oh and my teeth are really sensitive so my teeth REALLY hurt after using them, so beware of this, but its harmless.  good luck, they work really well my teeth are lovely and white now :)

    hope this helps  :)

  2. they say not to brush your teeth before you use it, i'm pretty sure. it's because your teeth are more sensitive after brushing.

but no, don't brush your teeth after. the gel will probably taste bad, but you'll live. i used them and they really do work!

  3. I wouldnt do it straight afterwards as it might brush off your enamel. I'd wait a hour or two before brushing.

I used them and I just swirled my mouth out with water afterwards and then wiped my teeth with some tissue!

They made my teeth really sensistive after every application but they do actually work.

I was a bit worried though because my teeth went seethrough when the strips were on??
