How to use ebay for the first time?

I want to start selling items on ebay but i have no clue what to do...pls help me

click on sell and it tells you everything you need to know.  the more information you have on the product you are selling the better your chances of selling it.  you'll have to know how much it weighs in a package and figure the shipping cost as well.  good luck!

I had the same question when I started out on eBay.  Now I am a PowerSeller.  The best way to get started is to go to the eBay website and view the tutorials they have for new sellers.  You may need to create a log-in on their site (to access this link, but you will need your log-in information to sell anyway).  They really have a wealth of information available (for free to new sellers/buyers).  A good place to start is http://pages.ebay.com/sellercentral/inde...  You may also want to check out: The eBay Learning Center (which has a list of tutorials that you can use to prepare for starting to sell).  This link is: http://pages.ebay.com/education/selling....

Some of the personal tips I would give you are:

-Research the item(s) you want to sell prior to listing them (by searching completed listings)

-Start small (with an item or two you aren't invested in making a bunch of money on).  This will allow you to see how everything works without worrying about how much you make.

-Identify the keywords that relate to the item that you are going to sell

-Use as many keywords in your title as possible.  DON'T waste any of the characters available in your title.  This is what pulls people in...
